Program Structure: 4 Sessions over 4–6 Weeks

Session 1: Mapping Your Menopause Vision (60 min)

  • Intake overview: symptoms, stress, nutrition, movement

  • Create your personalized Menopause Vision Statement

  • Identify “Big Rocks” and barriers

  • Introduce foundational habit tracking (sleep, symptoms, joy)

Session 2: Movement + Mindset for Midlife (45 min)

  • Breathwork & gentle core/postural movement

  • Pain and limitation awareness (i.e. pelvic floor, joint, and back pain)

  • Identify sustainable movement rhythm & movement “snacks”

​

Session 3: Judgment Free Nourishment  (45 min)

  • Explore your Food Story Timeline (if relevant)

  • Use symptom & food journal to uncover helpful shifts

  • Focus on “big rock” habits like hydration, protein, fiber

Session 4: Integration + Next Chapter (45 min)

  • Reflect on progress + celebrate wins

  • Identify next steps: nourishment, strength, rest

  • Create your sustainable self-care strategy
