
My Story
I called 911 on a team client Zoom...
Like many women, I spent years pushing hard, chasing goals, navigating transitions & ADHD, and believing that if I just worked harder, everything would eventually fall into place.
Underneath the hustle, my body was begging for something different:
Rest. Reflection. Reconnection.
I blamed the exhaustion, brain fog, emotional rollercoasters, and even health scares on burnout and toxic job environments. And while those were real, they weren’t the whole story.
Everything changed the day I called 911 from a client meeting, convinced I was having a heart attack. Tests ruled out cardiac issues, but what was happening in my body was very real:
I was deep in perimenopause—and no one had prepared me for it.
In that ER room, my intuition screamed:
“Get on HRT.”
A nurse tried to shut that idea down with fear, but I followed my gut. Within two weeks of starting HRT under the care of an informed & supportive doctor, I felt renewed. It wasn’t just the physical relief, it was validation that I wasn’t losing my mind or my self. And I wasn't alone.
That wake-up call led me to study all I could about the menopause journey. As a certified life coach since 2009, I added the women's menopause certification. More importantly, I became a woman on a mission to help others feel seen, supported & empowered.
As a fitness instructor of 20 years, I know that movement heals.
Mentally. Emotionally. Physically.
